
There will be no second trial for Robert William Pickton on 20 additional murder counts if he is denied an appeal of his convictions for the murders of six women, B.C. Attorney General Wally Oppal says.
If the appeal court does overturn Mr. Pickton's six convictions then B.C. will proceed with new first-degree murder charges on all 26 counts
