Roughly six months into his term as a state legislator, Rep. William Tong (D-Stamford, New Canaan) has had one part of his campaign platform actualized: gun control. Gov. M. Jodi Rell recently signed legislation that requires owners of lost and stolen firearms to report stolen or missing weapons.
