Do you ever get tired of scanning through the same old radio stations in your car, only to find your favorite song barely coming through the static, or an endless amount of boring radio commercials? Well, I?m here to tell you?you are not alone. I had the very same frustrations until I got my own satellite radio. For anyone that is not already familiar with the radio talk show legend Howard Stern, they may have some pre-existing notions about the man that just aren?t true. For instance, while it is true that he can be a crass, lewd, and in-your-face radio personality, there is intelligence behind his banter that only other intellects that appreciate a ?pull no punches? attitude and demeanor can appreciate. Stern has amassed an almost cult following since the 1990s that can even be described as rabid. His loyal fans hang on his every word and understand that he is about much more than just curse words, lewd content, and naked women; he wants a change to the hypocrisy that is so prevalent in the United States government that many Americans have grown apathetic to.
While I was reading the article about the House of Horrors sentencing I was shocked to read that this seems to be a common thing in Edmonton. Also sentenced today were 2 fathers monsters who were convicted of sexually abusing their little girls. The first case involved a 22 year-old man who was convicted of raping his 2 year old daughter. A self-described Edmonton "monster" who brutally raped his two-year-old daughter twice hung his head as he was handed an eight-year prison term yesterday.
